After a day of trading comments with the mysterious "editor" at the City-County Observer, I arrived at the truth that this online site was incapable of handling dissenting opinions.  The "editor" violated almost every component of what "news reporting" should be.  The "editor" insulted those in disagreement, and then proceeded to censor any comment that the "editor" did not like.

Evansville and Vanderburgh County deserve to have their news that is not twisted and biased by the obvious right-leaning flavor that the "editor" at the City-County Observer so blatantly displays. To that end, this blog will work tirelessly to expose the hypocrisy that they dwell on.  This blog will show where the CCO lies and twists the truth in our community. We will take articles where they have mislead local residents and point the way to topics that allow people the freedom of basing their opinions where they can rely on facts, not distortions of an "editor" with a hidden agenda.

I am sick of the hack reporting on the CCO, and it is time for people to stand up to the lack of journalism displayed in our community.  It is time for the CCO to either report things impartially as journalism demands, or to admit to their right-leaning bias and their distortion of local facts!  Why should Evansville and Vanderbugh be forced to read half-baked lies about elected and appointed officials by the CCO "editor"?
